Our users adopt diverse financial management approaches based on their lifestyles. Our primary objective is to provide them with comprehensive tools for easy and effective financial control.
Furthermore, it is crucial for RappiPay to guide and educate our users, many of whom are new to banking, empowering them to make informed and responsible financial decisions.

Our process
We work with the tools that help us meet the user's needs: Design thinking, Lean UX, Agile, Design Sprint

We mainly focus on 3 moments
think: analyze the need, previous research, references, business expectations, use case, among others
build: It doesn't have to be perfect, starting with an MVP that allows us to learn from users is important.
validate: We will follow up on those we build to identify opportunities for improvement
